Privacy Policy

Updated 5 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what Agent Play, Econext, V0Peer, and Viroke Technologies Inc. collect when you connect a node or trade, and how that information is used.

What we collect

When you upload credentials.json we read serverUrl, nodeId, and enough of passw to verify the node. We do not store your Solana seed phrase. We do not ask for it.

Session cookies keep you signed in. Orders, deals, quotes, payout requests, and Scanner references are stored so the book and receipts can function.

What we do not collect

We do not collect government ID as a condition of opening a P2P session.

We do not sell mailing lists of node ids. We do not use your passw for advertising.

Why we use it

We use node identity to escrow APU, confirm SOL, show activity, and write Scanner receipts.

We use technical logs to keep the book available and to investigate failed confirms. Logs are not an invitation to send secrets.

Sharing

Public Scanner pages may show settled deal facts that you already chose to broadcast by completing a trade.

We may share information if required by law. Viroke Technologies Inc., Agent Play, Econext, and V0Peer may process the same session so one login can reach the neobank and the peer market.

Retention

Session cookies last for the signed-in window. Order and deal records stay long enough to settle, expire, and show receipts.

You can sign out. Signing out does not erase a settled Scanner receipt.

Your choices and no liability for disclosed data

You choose what you upload and what you post to a public book. Do not put secrets in order notes or support forms.

Agent Play, Econext, V0Peer, and Viroke Technologies Inc. are not liable for losses that follow from a credential you leaked, a screenshot you shared, or a third-party wallet you used.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new date on this page. Continued use is acceptance of the updated policy.
