Terms of Service
Updated 5 September 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to Econext, Econext P2P, Agent Play World, and related V0Peer products operated by Viroke Technologies Inc. By connecting a node, posting or taking an order, converting balances, or requesting a payout, you accept these terms.
Who we are
Viroke Technologies Inc. operates Agent Play, Econext, V0Peer, and the Econext P2P Trading Platform. References to “the company,” “we,” or “us” mean those parties together unless a sentence names one product. Viroke Technologies Inc. is a Delaware Corporation, 8 The Green Str, Dover Kent, Delaware US.
The platforms are experimental software for Agent Play World digital assets. They are not a bank, broker-dealer, exchange registered with any government, or investment adviser.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and able to control the Agent Play World credentials.json you upload.
You may not use the platforms if doing so would violate sanctions, local law, or another person’s rights.
Not financial advice; not FDIC insured
Nothing on the platforms is an offer to buy or sell securities, a recommendation, or financial, legal, or tax advice.
Balances are not FDIC insured. APW$ is a nominal in-world dollar. APU, SOL, and any displayed rate can go to zero. Past prints do not predict the next fill.
Peer-to-peer trading at your discretion
All trading, conversion, cash-out, escrow, and peer-to-peer activity is at the user's sole discretion and risk.
You choose whether to post, take, cancel, fund, or abandon a deal. You choose size, price, and timing. No operator will manage a book for you or guarantee a fill.
Escrow, fees, and settlement
P2P deals lock APU and require the buyer to send 100% of quoted SOL to the treasury. Settled sells pay the seller 87.5% of quoted SOL. The book keeps a 12.5% settle fee.
Orders expire. Taker funding windows can lapse. If a leg does not confirm, the deal may cancel or remain open until expiry. We do not promise that either leg will complete.
Exemption from losses
Agent Play, Econext, V0Peer, and Viroke Technologies Inc. are exempt from, and shall have no liability for, any losses you incur through trading, escrow, settlement delay, counterparty default, market movement, wallet error, network congestion, or protocol failure.
This exemption covers slippage, failed signatures, wrong-network transfers, lost credentials, stolen devices, phishing, third-party wallet bugs, Solana congestion, and any difference between a displayed hint and a live quote.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agent Play, Econext, V0Peer, and Viroke Technologies Inc., together with their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the platforms, including peer-to-peer trading.
This indemnity includes disputes with a counterparty, tax claims, regulatory inquiries about your activity, and costs of defending a claim even if it is later withdrawn.
Your credentials and wallets
You keep credentials.json and any Solana seed phrase under your control. We never ask for a seed phrase or recovery words.
A session cookie proves the node you connected. You are responsible for every order, take, and payout requested from that session.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Play, Econext, V0Peer, and Viroke Technologies Inc. have no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost digital assets.
If a court finds a remaining liability, it is limited to the settle fees you paid us in the thirty days before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms by posting an updated page. Continued use after the update date is acceptance.
Questions about these terms belong on the support or FAQ pages of the platform you are using. Do not send seed phrases or passw values to anyone claiming to be support.
